The questions we get asked.

What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who logs into the platform — admin, HSE lead, supervisor, contractor on a portal seat. Read‑only viewers (e.g. exec dashboards) are free.
Can I switch plans later?
Up at any time, prorated immediately. Down at the end of your billing period — your data stays where it is.
Is there a setup fee?
Starter and Growth: no. Enterprise: scoped per migration — typically waived if you're moving from a legacy spreadsheet stack.
What happens during the 14‑day pilot?
Full Growth functionality, your tenant, your data — uncapped. We'll walk you through onboarding and stand back. Convert on day 14 or close it down, no card required.
Do you offer non‑profit / regulated sector pricing?
Yes — registered non‑profits get 40% off Growth. Public sector and regulated industries: ask, we'll talk.
Where is my data stored?
EU and US regions by default. Other regions on Enterprise. Each tenant is data‑isolated; no shared rows, no shared queries.
Is there an Excel export limit?
No. Every module exports the current filtered view to Excel, on every plan. It's table stakes, not a paywall.
Can we self‑host?
Available on Enterprise as a private cloud deployment. We don't offer on‑prem — but our private cloud option behaves like one.
