Built out of frustration, not a pitch deck.

ENSURE started in 2026 when I got tired of running a serious QHSE programme out of Excel. I'm Yani Redjouh, an HSE Manager in the renewable energy sector. Every audit was a sprint. Every incident report was a copy-paste marathon. The "proper" tools that solved it sat on the other side of a six-figure annual contract and a year-long implementation.

I didn't set out to build a startup. I set out to fix my own problem. The legacy QHSE platforms (Sphera, Cority, VelocityEHS, Intelex) were built for Fortune-500 organisations with procurement teams the size of a small village. Affordable for them, out of reach for the 20-to-500-person SMEs where most of the world's safety-critical work actually happens.

So I built ENSURE for that gap. Per-seat. Modern. Deep enough to replace the legacy platforms. Priced where a QHSE team can sign off without a six-month committee.

ENSURE is still small enough that the person who builds the product is the person you talk to. I intend to keep it that way for as long as I can.

Boring reliability over flashy features

The platform your safety team depends on should never go down during an incident. We prioritise uptime, data integrity, and predictable behaviour over shipping fast and fixing later.

Workflow first, data model second

We design around how HSE teams actually work, not around what's easiest to put in a database. If the workflow is right, the data follows. If the data model drives the workflow, the tool gets abandoned.

Honest pricing, even without a list

We quote per-team today because the right number depends on your modules and scope. On the call you get a straight per-seat number, and no surprise enterprise-tier ambush when your contract comes up for renewal.

Your data is yours

Full export at any time, on any plan. We don't hold data hostage at offboarding. Every table, every attachment, every audit log, downloadable in standard formats on request.

Opinionated where it matters

We make decisions so you don't have to configure your way to a workflow. The 5×5 matrix is the 5×5 matrix. The CAPA process is the CAPA process. You can adjust the edges, not rebuild from scratch.

Built for the HSE lead, not the CIO

Our primary user is the person responsible for keeping people safe. If a feature makes sense to a CIO but confuses an HSE advisor in the field, we rethink the feature.
