Offline photo capture, on-site
Camera input keeps working when there's no signal. Photos queue in an in-memory outbox with an "offline" badge. On reconnect, everything flushes. Client-side resize keeps the storage footprint reasonable — typical phone photo drops from 4 MB to 300 KB before it ever hits the wire.

A failed inspection isn't the end of the trail. On close, ENSURE auto-escalates failed sections into CAPAs with the inspection as the source. Major failures by default; lower-severity items by configurable rule.
